Enjoy a warm farmhouse welcome in this skilfully converted late 18thC Granary and Stable block which is attached to the farmhouse. Carr Edge is a working Beef & Sheep farm nestling in 700 acres of pastures and woodlands.

Situated in the historic area of the Hadrian's Wall corridor and 1½ miles out of the village of Newbrough, Carr Edge is set in an idyllic location. This traditional farmhouse is overlooking the South Tyne Valley, commanding spectacular views of the North Pennines and surrounding National Park areas.

The Farm House is situated on a public footpath which leads to Hadrian's Wall and the Baden Powell Scout Cairn. It provides an ideal base for walkers and cyclists and we offer a pick up and drop off service.
